We used Clientexec to automate the payment flow of a hosting company.

We linked two hosting websites with a shopping cart, payment gateway and the customer support and billing software Clientexec , so now the company can send automatically all the invoices in PDF (no post stamps necessary anymore and no secretary work to make the invoices, fill the envelopes, …). The client information is stored in the Clientexec customer relationship management (CRM) together with the products and product packages the clients have ordered. In a second phase we made the billing information available to the clients by displaying these in info secured client pages. This to increase the easiness to order extra services and to improve the online sales.
