Hello, I am Ayush Man. I am the Technical Director at IT Outsourcing Asia. My roles and responsibilities within the organization are to analyze the technical possibilities of the software/ web application for development and implementation.

I have my qualification on technical field with graduation and post graduation on Computer Application. Currently I have more than three years experience with software and web application development.

I have extensive experience with PHP, MySQL and PostgreSQL for the last three years and have been involved in various projects like E-Commerce Applications, Content Management Systems (CMS) and many more. With PHP, I have expertise on using and optimizing Open Source tools like Joomla, Zencart, Wordpress, Drupal and PhpBB. I have experience with Software development with Visual Basic 6 and Dot Net (C# and VB.NET) with Microsoft SQL Server.

As I am always keen to learn new things, I have done research on Business Automation Applications and on Corporate Information Repository (CIR). I have also been involved in research on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems.

As I have great interest in Graphic Design and Web Templates, I’ve acquired sound knowledge on XHTML and Advanced CSS. So I can make sure that the website templates look and work the same way on multiple web browsers.

My technical experience and qualifications enable me to effectively coordinate the work with my team members and get the right people on the job.
