Check when Google indexed your new web pages with data parameters Print
Matt Cutts wrote on his blog about better data searching with Google. It gives interesting advantages for Search Engine Marketers. Who don’t want to know of and when their pages are indexed?  This is surely important for large websites with hundreds of pages.

Google offers you a query to check how many pages Google has indexed in the past days, weeks, years just by adding a small parameter at the end of the search result page address.
Matt provided an example, a query shows the amount of new pages added for mattcutts.com last 7 days:

http://www.google.com/search?q=site:mattcutts.com&as_qdr=d7
"&as_qdr=d7" is the key at the end of the search result page address so Google knows to search only for the last 7 days.

You have to add the parameter query at the end of the search result on the search result page after you searched first for your own domain.

Example:
Step 1: Search for: www.yourwebsite.com
Step 2: Ad the parameter to the search result address (URL) you get

Below an overview of the parameters;

  • d[number] - past number of days
    Example: last 3 Days - http://www.google.com/search?q=site:mattcutts.com&as_qdr=d3
  • w[number] - past number of weeks
    Example: last 3 Weeks - http://www.google.com/search?q=site:mattcutts.com&as_qdr=w3
  • y[number] - past number of years
    Example: last 1 Year - http://www.google.com/search?q=site:mattcutts.com&as_qdr=y1
