Hello, I am Janak. I am the PHP Development Manager at IT Outsourcing Asia. My roles and responsibilities within the organization are to analyze the programming possibilities and do the planning of the software/web application for development and implementation. One of my main concerns is that all the programmers follow the same coding style, to assure clean code that can be easily changed whenever required by any experienced PHP Programmer.
After studying four years at Kantipur College of Management & Information Technology, I received my Bachelor’s degree on Information Management. Currently I have more than three years experience with software and web application development.

I have extensive experience with PHP, ASP, MySQL, Oracle and MSSQL Server for the last three years and have been involved in various projects like E-Commerce Applications, Content Management Systems (CMS) and many more. In the past, I have worked as IT specialist for the financial sector (Nepal Credit Information Bureau), real estate companies and economic magazines.

I consider myself an avid web coder and I am a self-taught web designer, as I am always keen to learn new things. Designing and developing websites has been a long time passion of mine, as I have great interest in Graphic Design and Web Templates. Aesthetically, I prefer simple, elegant, uncluttered web 2.0 designs. Code-wise, I strive to make valid XHTML and CSS, compatible with most browsers and screen resolutions. I’ve acquired knowledge on XML, Java script, Payment Gateway Configuration, Shipping Module Implementation, AJAX, so I can make complete websites and software applications with all required features. I have done research and gathered knowledge on Search Engine Optimization, Landing Pages, Affiliate Marketing and Email Marketing techniques.

My technical experience and qualifications enable me to effectively coordinate the work with my team members and get the right people on the job.
