I am Marco Kuchler, Sales and Marketing Director of IT Outsourcing Asia Ltd. and I look forward to helping you to realize your software development and website projects in a fast, professional and cost effective way. A few words about my professional background, so you know that I'll be able to understand your projects: apart from my work for IT Outsourcing Asia, I am the CEO of InterAction group NV, based in Mechelen, Belgium, active in e-commerce, online advertising and marketing consultancy. In the last couple of years I’ve combined my activities for InterAction with the jobs of General Manager of HWB International bvba, (based in Belgium, active in e-commerce and online advertising of healthcare products and medical devices in 16 countries), CEO of Webitsoft Software Solutions Ltd (based in Ireland, active in offshore software development through her subsidiary in Saint Petersburg, Russia) and Marketing Director of Solid State NV, (based in Belgium, active in software development for the graphical industry).

Before starting up InterAction, I have worked in management positions in several multinational companies. As Database Marketing Manager Europe Middle East & Africa for Cabletron Systems and for Digital Equipment’s Network Product Business Unit (Digital Equipment is now a part of HP/Compaq), I was responsible for marketing campaigns in 22 countries, including setting up end user databases and channel partner databases, setting up a pan European call center in Ireland with native speakers from all over Europe and running integrated marketing campaigns in a European Business to Business channel marketing environment. Before that, I was Telemarketing Manager at mail order company OTTO in The Netherlands, responsible for Business to Consumer telemarketing campaigns (+ 500.000 calls/year), Credit & Collection Manager at OTTO (credit rating of 100.000 new customers/year), Complaint Department Manager at OTTO (60.000 written complaints/year) and Assistant Direct Marketing Manager at mail order holding Maildex in The Netherlands, responsible for direct marketing campaigns for the Business to Consumer mail order companies Lekturama, Concordia Mail, Maxelle, Ter Meulen Post and Harmony in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Austria and Switzerland.
