1. Analysis, Proposal and Specification
   Making a clear functional and later on, a technical document that is agreed on by the client including;
   
   • Goal of the application, Functionality and Architecture
   • User Interface, Automatic E-Mails, Reports, including screens and page flow + structure
   • Data Structure, Object Model, Interface and Communication Protocols
   • System Acceptance and System Performance Specifications
   
   
2. The project will be cut in small parts; core, components (Hooks), modules, easy to carry out and to follow up for progress and quality
   
   
3. Planning
   A planning will be made describing the amount of programmers, designers that will be involved and for which software parts and the timing for delivery and subdeliveries of course
   
   
4. Time Buffers
   Time buffers are build into the timing to make sure that can be delivered on time and that the different project members can work fluently together
   
   
5. Quality assurance
   
   • Quality Assurance team controls the software parts for bugs and if the software dprogramming is done according the clients requirements
   • When bugs appear or requirements are not fulfilled completely as agreed with the client, the software parts will go back to the programmers, designers
   • When the programmers say, OK, Quality Assurance will control again, until the software or website is according the initial agreed requirements
   
   
6. Progress Reporting
   Team members and clients will be informed about the progress at fixed times
   
   
7. Beta Versions
   The client will be able to see software development Beta Versions at before agreed time periods, what gives him the ability to follow the progress and to request changes, fine tunings when required.
   
   
8. Change Requests
   When Changes are asked, not part of the initial document (change requests), the client will be informed about the additional working hours (or less amount of hours), only after agreement for the change requests, they will be carried out.
   
   
9. Installation, integration of the software and user guideline, manual
